Panasonic's model names can make a fairly simple decision look more complicated than it really is.
For most homeowners, you only need to answer a few questions: Do you want a light? How large is the bathroom? And can the existing duct system actually move the airflow you're asking the fan to deliver?

About 1 CFM per square foot of bathroom floor area is a useful starting approach, with 50 CFM as a common minimum. Bathroom conditions and actual delivered airflow still matter.

These are starting points, not guarantees of measured ventilation performance. For bathrooms over about 110 square feet or unusual configurations, use a more thoughtful ventilation design rather than assuming the maximum setting solves everything.
It is tempting to select 110 CFM because it is the highest setting. But more airflow can mean more duct resistance, more noise when the duct system is restrictive, and greater replacement-air demand. It also does not guarantee that a moisture problem will disappear if the exhaust path is poor.
The objective is not to choose the biggest number. It is to choose an appropriate airflow target and make sure the complete system can actually deliver it.
